How It All Started
Captivated by Los Cabos’ allure after a golf trip in 1996, real estate developers Mr. Ken Schnitzer Sr. and Mr. Ron Hatfield built five private residences adjacent to the Palmilla Golf Club. This venture rapidly bloomed into Villas Del Mar. Club Ninety Six is a nod to those early days and a testament to what inspired this community.
