Meet Our Chef

Chef David Lecona — affectionately known as “El Chef” — joined the team as executive sous chef and is now at the helm of Club Ninety Six’s culinary program. Designing menus, ensuring quality, and upholding the highest standards, Chef Lecona brings his talent and innovation to the table. Previous roles have seen him work the kitchens of premier restaurants, including those at One&Only Palmilla and Maldives, and Auberge Resorts in Cabo San Lucas and Calistoga Ranch, among others. His dedication to consistently delivering delicious meals is yet another one of our Club perks.
