CLUB'S BLOG

At Club Ninety Six, we believe that the way we gather, dine, and experience a destination is deeply connected to the people and traditions behind it. More than products, these local discoveries represent a way of living — one rooted in craftsmanship, authenticity, and connection to place.
This season, we are proud to introduce a very special collectible piece now available at Market 96: a custom-designed tequila bottle created exclusively for Club Ninety Six by Tequila Design. More than a bottle, it is a celebration of Mexican artistry and culture — blending exceptional tequila with a design inspired by the spirit of our destination. Each seasonal edition will feature a new collectible design, inviting Members to build a collection that captures moments, memories, and the evolving story of the Club.

Whether taken home as a keepsake or gifted to someone special, these bottles represent far more than a traditional souvenir — they embody the craftsmanship, creativity, and heritage that define Mexico.
This same spirit of storytelling through design can also be seen in Tequila Design’s commemorative collection created for the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026™, a historic edition that will unite Mexico, the United States, and Canada as the first three host nations in tournament history.

Beyond the shelves of Market 96, this season also highlights the beauty of locally sourced and organic products becoming part of the Club experience. From organic eggs and raw honey sourced from San Dionisio to our upcoming homemade organic kefir, each product reflects a growing connection between local producers and the tables of Los Cabos.
Members may also look forward to the upcoming launch of our very own Habanero-Chiltepín Hot Sauce — an ultra-spicy house recipe created by our Executive Chef, David Lecona. Crafted with bold regional flavors and inspired by the culinary traditions of Mexico, this signature sauce will soon be available at Market 96.
We invite our Members to stay connected through our social media channels for upcoming product releases and availability announcements.
Many of these local products and ingredients are made possible through collaborations with organizations such as LegacyWorks Group, whose work supports regenerative development, local farming communities, and sustainable regional economies across Baja California Sur and beyond.

Through initiatives that connect local producers directly with restaurants, hotels, and culinary events, organizations like LegacyWorks are helping regional ingredients gain visibility while supporting the protection of natural resources and the long-term well-being of local communities.

This same commitment was reflected during this year’s Chef x Los Cabos, where LegacyWorks Group donated 50% of the local produce used throughout the event — including at the live culinary station led by Executive Chef David Lecona and Chef Volker Romeike.

From the ingredients we serve to the products we share, these collaborations continue to shape a more thoughtful and connected future for our destination.
Because at Club Ninety Six, it is never only about what we offer — but about a way of living.
